Accessibility:

Having been involved with the development of accessible transport in London since 1991, I am well qualified to advise on all aspects of bus and rail services meeting the needs of mobility-impaired passengers.

Careful design of both the vehicles and the infrastructure they serve is of critical importance, as is consultation with potential users.

Provision of service information in a range of accessible formats is a key part of the successful investment in a network that everyone can use.

Existing facilities such as bus & rail interchanges will need to be audited to check compliance with Part III of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995.

I can help you with all of these issues.
