How do your services compare with those in similar cities in your own and other countries?

Would it be easy for a stranger with no local knowledge to find details such as your timetables and fares, or would they resort straight away to a taxi or hire a car?

Is your network comprehensive enough to get people from A to B in a reasonable time?

Where changes of service or mode are necessary do they work in practice as well as on paper?

Does your tariff cater for irregular users as well as daily commuters?

What happens when things go wrong – is there any means of guaranteeing your passengers that they will reach their destination?
